Here in the Mississippi Delta, bayous (and/or bogues) are everywhere, as are large amounts of wading birds. Egrets, herons, ibis, cranes, and others. We are on the migratory bird flyways, and as winter approaches we will see more and more birds arriving or passing through.

God gave me the talent to paint and draw. I am blessed with the ability to visualize stories, or moments in time, and then to recreate them for others to see what I saw in my mind. I have in some form or fashion painted for a living my whole life. I started out hand painting billboards as a pictorial artist (back when they were painted), and have done everything from fine art to theatrical backdrops, sets, and film and TV. I also hand painted art on furniture (for a major maufacturer) for a few years. I even did a few barns with See Rock City on them... My art focuses on what I may feel is memorable at the moment.
